As we analyzed the construction sector, we found that the average professional qualification is low-skilled, and workers have no intellectual base to access medium/high qualification jobs. Theses Virtual Classrooms are designed as a tool to change the structure of the workforce in construction industry in short term, with the aim of making a more prepared workforce, with economic and professional expectations for future.
SIMUMAK develops, in a particular way, a wide range of simulators to meet specific needs of employment sectors, but occasionally, it is needed to train many workers in a same location. Virtual classrooms have been developed in aim to reach a higher industrial productivity.

To this end we combine an e-learning lesson of concepts and procedures, and a second phase of simulation, for flair and practical skills.
