It is a simulator of a rigid dump truck and its function is to recreate material from mine operations. It is a vehicle of great tonnage and load capacity (between 40 and 300 tons).


A dump truck consists of a rigid chassis on wheels and a cargo body, which transports material of different nature and that dumps back to download. It is used for civil works of great size and mining, where we find machine components it of larger size.





This simulator can be incorporated into the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond cabins. The same cockpit may also contain various simulated integrated machines like: BD Maqsim, AD Maqsim or 360TF Maqsim. This type of simulator enabling a comprehensive training plan in earthmoving operators in the construction sector.


-Real controls of the machine: steering wheel, joysticks, pedals and buttons
-Three screens that recreate the front panels of the real machine
-Movement platform that reproduces the motion and position required to handle and move the machine
-Surround sound system that reproduces the engine, vibration and environment real sounds





It reproduces, with total realism, the performance of the machine when it moves, receives the load, when transporting it by different terrains, when download, etc. It is generally considered that the Simulator can replace at least 60% of the hours of practical training in the real machine. Although it is not intended to substitute the practical classes, but develop a managed auto-learning activity in which students learn business concepts, skills and attitudes.

It is a plan adapted 100% to the driver requirements. It is composed by training sessions and exercises that must be completed to correctly evaluate the student.


At the end of each practice, a results summary will pop-up with all the infractions and mistakes committed by the user.
