LOGSIM AVR is our forklift simulator solution for the logistic sector. Its robust and modular hardware makes it easy to configure the cab in FRONT FORKLIFT or SIDE RETRACTABLE FORKLIFT mode. Its adapted exercise plan, realistic controls and AGX technology for managing pallet dynamics and handling loads allow you to train and measure what really has an impact on you organization. Thanks to the AVR (“Augmented Virtual Reality”) display technology, we are able to immerse the operator in a virtual reality with which he can interact, touching the controls of the cabin, just as it was on the real machine.
 Any exercise carried out in the simulator can be supervised in real time from the instructor position, or subsequently analyzed from the SÓCRATES online platform, from which reports can be accessed to verify the profitability of each operator based on the amount of land moved in each cycle or the errors or infractions that were committed.

Different types of settings

The simulator incorporates two settings. One designed to work with a front forklift, since it combines an exterior area with a closes warehouse and another specially designed to work with a retractable side forklift due to the width of this aisles ad configuration of the racks.

Simesbus: Ecosystem of solutions

While the student is doing the practice, the instructor can observe him from different cameras, check the telemetry or interfere in it through the command post system of the instructor position.
The simulator recognizes the student through a biometric identification system and stores its results in SÓCRATES, generating a report of each practice carried out for subsequent analysis.
At all times the simulator supervises the student’s practice, monitoring the correct operation of the machine and sending messages when it defects that incorrect maneuvers are being carried out. This automatic supervision system can be used to calculate the grade for the exercise, indicating the design of the exercise, which infractions or errors will subtract points in the student’s grade.
